    • Technician: drained and disposed of old oil. Refilled with Full Synthetic Oil. Removed and disposed of old oil filter and gaskets. Replaced with new gaskets and oil filter. Checked all vital fluids and topped off washer fluid. Lubricated chassis where possible. Adjust all tire pressures. Inspect windshield wipers. Reset service reminders. Performed Multi Point Inspection.
    • Technician rotated tires and set tires pressures
    • Technician removed both engine and cabin air filters and replaced with new premium air filters.
    • Technician will drain transmission fluid and input fresh OEM Transmission fluid.

    • Verify customer concern. Test drove vehicle, found 2nd and 3rd gear slipping. checked fluid level, switches, and sensor condition, no issues. scanned for codes, no codes at this time. recommend replacement of Transmission and alignment.
    • TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include wheel alignment.]
    • Tech removed and replaced engine rear main seal
    • During the removal of the Subframe – Tech found all 3 Transmissions mounts to be defective. Tech recommends removing and replacing 3 Transmission Mounts
    • Technician mounted vehicle to a lift and used specialized lasers to ensure vehicle is properly aligned.
